SILATERM MODEL
It is the most widely used fireplace plaster with a heat resistance of 200 °C and a grain size of 0–63 mm. This grain is visually very similar to the standard stucco widely used in today's interiors. The advantage of this stove plaster also lies in the fact that you can apply it in layers of up to 3 cm and modify (structure) it in other ways. Various inequalities can be leveled with it. It is applied with a stainless steel trowel, rolled with a felt trowel and structured with a foam trowel. Processing time is approx. 45 minutes. The plaster can be connected and repaired without visible visual adverse effects.

DOUBLETERM
DOUBLETERM is a highly sophisticated chimney plaster with a hydraulic bond and high heat resistance. Withstands high temperatures up to 200°C. It is suitable for interiors and exteriors. It can be connected without creating a visible transition, which greatly facilitates repairs. It is also suitable for repairing old historical plaster structures. DOUBLETERM contains a mixture of several types of fibers, which in many cases can even replace mesh. Nevertheless, we recommend using SILATERM stove pearl. Due to its composition, DOUBLETERM is used as a carrier layer for pearl and a visual layer in one. Surface irregularities can be easily compared with it. It can withstand the formation of cracks and cracking in a layer of up to 50 mm. You can also use DOUBLETERM as a modeling plaster. The grain size and grain curve of 0 to 0.5 mm is adjusted so that the surface structure after processing meets the requirements of most customers and does not differ from the standard stucco and plaster commonly used in modern interiors. Different processing methods can create a grainy or perfectly smooth surface (more in the processing chapter). The surface is very strong / abrasion resistant. For enough time to create
perfect surface, the processing time is set to 120 min. DOUBLETERM was designed to be as user-friendly as possible. It is now easier to create a quality finish on the fireplace / stove.

Preparation of documents:
The base must always be load-bearing and, above all, solid. No efflorescence, sufficiently matured and free from grease, dust and dirt. The substrate must not have a temperature below 5 °C. Do not apply DOUBLETERM at such a temperature. More absorbent substrates, e.g. calcium silicates and very porous fireclays, are recommended to be penetrated with a special proven penetration for fireplaces and stoves SILAPEN. Carry out the flooding test only after the surface has completely dried. The first flood must be gradual and sensitive.
Processing:
Pour the dry mixture into the bucket and mix it dry first. Always use potable water only (0.34-0.38 l per 1 kg of mixture). Mix thoroughly for 3 to 5 minutes on low speed. Let stand for 5 minutes and mix again. Do not add more water while mixing. The minimum temperature of the substrate and the mixture is 5 °C / maximum 30 °C. Pot life is approximately 120 minutes depending on temperature and humidity. Apply DOUBLETERM as needed in a thickness of 1 to 50 mm with a spatula or a solid, inflexible plastic or stainless steel trowel. After setting the surface, swirl the surface with a felt for a grainy look. For a perfectly smooth surface, tighten the rotten plaster with stainless steel
with a trowel.
